None of this can happen in a van at the side of the road. Our purpose-built Trafford Park workshop houses every piece of specialist equipment needed to deliver a finish that matches or exceeds what the wheel looked like when it left the factory.
Our facility is fitted with a CNC diamond cut lathe for precision face machining, a large-format powder coating oven for even heat distribution, a downdraught spray booth for flawless wet-paint finishes, and dedicated wheel straightening and TIG welding stations. This breadth of equipment means we can refurbish any alloy to any specification — standard OEM, diamond cut, or a fully bespoke custom finish.
